When we hear the story of John Wesley defense of a marginalized man in prison, we’re reminded that true faith means seeing every person as God’s beloved, practicing inclusion over exclusion, and becoming healers and advocates for justice. When we stretch out our hands to touch those society deems untouchable, we embody the very Spirit of Christ.
